• I step over
• Up up lunge
• Matador
• Ham curl
• Sprinkler
Interval: Side lunges reaching high, center and low
Combo 2
• Skate it up
• Stomp off the side, pivot
• Power knee walk
• L step
Interval: Half an L step, 2 jacks, half an L step, power squat (repeat on other side)
Combo 3
• Stomp straddle, stomp rock back
• Cut, up up lunge
• Over the top, rocking horse on top
Interval: 2 knees corner, straddle, hands down, jump out, jump in, one knee (repeat other side)
Combo 4
• Mambo cha cha
• Rock on and off
• Step stomp
• Airplane
• Glute squeeze
• Kick straddle
Interval: Fast feet, jumping up on the step and quickly back down, return to fast feet
